Terms and Conditions
1)
While you are encouraged to copy and distribute our DeskAds product,
you are not allowed to make any changes to it without our prior written
permission. Customised features of the program will be considered, and
a quotation can be requested for your requirements.
2)
While we suggest that you distribute DeskAds for free if you use it
for advertising, you have the right to offer the product as a service
and charge for it.
3)
If you are publishing material that is not suitable for everyone, you
must ensure to provide a warning page before the user has a chance to
download the product.
4)
You agree that Syntax Rebels is in no way liable to the content that
you publish with DeskAds and Syntax Rebels, apart from discouraging
any illegal content, cannot be held responsible for it.
5)
You must state product requirements to your clients by displaying the
DeskAds End User Guide on your website.
6)
You should in no way send any unrequested e-mails (SPAM) to promote
or distribute your version of DeskAds, and your website visitors should
have a choice of downloading DeskAds without the use of automatic scripts.
7)
Syntax Rebels cannot be held responsible for any loss of revenue resulting
from the misuse of DeskAds.
8)
You agree to be bound by all of the above terms and conditions set forth
by Syntax Rebels.
